It is an absolute pleasure to represent this vessel 'Spirit of Spain' of which is held in an LLC.

She has been well maintained and has under 600 hours on the mains, less than 800 on the 20KW Northern Lights Gen and under 600 on the NL 8KW Gen.

Spirit of Spain is optioned out - whether you cruise, fish or scuba dive, it has the all the amenities for everyone, there is not much more you could add to this beauty.

There are four staterooms, the Master has a King Sized berth with ensuite, Queen Sized Guest with ensuite, Port side Cabin has side by side bunks with private access to the day head, Starboard side cabin has over/under bunks, a vanity/desk and behind closed doors a stacking Washer/Dryer. There are crews Quarters that are accessed through a bow hatch with a wet head, sink, mirror and two bunks.

The galley is up  from the salon outfitted with a 4 burner Cooktop, Dishwasher, dual Stainless Steel Sinks, 2 under counter Subzero Freezers (1with an Icemaker), 4 under counter Subzero Refrigerators, a Dumbwaiter for the Coffee Maker and Toaster, plus large Microwave and Convection Oven. Across from the Galley to Port there is a U shaped Settee that seats 4 with a table that has Leaf's that fold out and storage in the base as well as under the seating area.

The Salon has Two Lazy-boy Arm Chairs, a large L shaped sofa with storage in the base, a 50" Samsung Smart TV, Denon Receiver - CD Player on Surround Sound, a Hi/Lo Maple Burl inlay Coffee table with fold out leaf's. and a 20" built in Wine Cooler.

Up two steps leading to the California Deck, there is ample room to move about and access both Port and Starboard Wing Stations and Side Boarding access. To Port there is a Wet Bar with a Hot and Cold water sink and 3 Cubic Ft Bar Fridge W/Icemaker Center Aft is a Large Settee with storage lockers below and a Maple Burl inlay Table that is adjustable Up and Down / Fore and Aft with 8 below table swivel out drink holders Table Seats 8. To Starboard there is a built in Six Burner BBQ with cover and storage below.

She is equipped with a Port and Starboard Docking Station plus she has a wireless Yacht Controller allowing you freedom of movement while docking from anywhere on board - it takes the guess work of where you need to be and will make you look like a Rock Star every time whether comin into or leaving the slip - it's the best insurance you could have as that's the hardest part of boating. 

The flybridge Helm is under cover with a hardtop forward, tempered Glass Windshield with wiper, side and rear enclosure with .60 MM Polycarbonate windows and white Stamoid trim. There is a large L-shaped Dinette on the bridge to Starboard with storage below, to Port and center there is a sink and a side by side 6 Cubic Ft Freezer and 6 Cu, Ft Refrigerator the top of which makes a great buffet table, See the electronic section for a description of equipment, Aft of the Flybridge is a Benezoni Davit with a 1300 lb. capacity, a 14 Ft center console Novurainia with a 60 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke engine. 

Recent work and service completed during the fall of 2022 and early 2023.

Interior; All Mirrors were replaced with the exception of overhead bathroom mirrors.

Engines: Heat Exchanges removed and boiled out, All fluids replaced along with fuel filters,  New Air Filters, New Water Pump Impellers and seals. 

 Transmissions: Fluids changed and new filters

Generators: All fluids changed, new filters and new raw water pumps, Insulation reattached to Sound Shield.

Stabilizers: New Brain Box, New control head at the Helm, New cooling pump impeller

Electrical: New Electrical meters, New line cord connector, Isolation transformer put back on line, Batteries load tested at over 90% as new, clamps checked and tightened. New Inverter remote panel

Fire System: Inspected and recertified, New Fire Extinguishers, New Flare kit

Miscellaneous: Air Compressor leak repaired, Sea water  and fresh water hose bibs on the boat replaced, bait tank working

Boat Yard work performed: New bottom paint, New Shaft Seals and Cutlass Bearings, New Rudder seals. Top side polished and waxed

 Spirit of Spain is ready to cruise.
